poor service

unpleasant smell

i just can’t believe the lack of attention to detail. the room had a dank smell and the shower did not drain well, but what really got me was the zero customer service. for the price i expected, like, at least a complimentary bottle of water or something, but it woudl ve been nice if the staff just cared. simply unacceptable.

The double room was super comfy with a cozy bed.

I had a difficult experience with the check-in process, spending over an hour just to get the access codes. The bathroom was not well maintained, with noticeable mould in the shower and no basic toiletries provided. Plus, the noise from deliveries early in the morning made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.

amazing manager

Recommend it for night workers

When i booked in, i didn't see the check-in time. I had finish my night shift and needed to get my head down for few hours. The manager was amazing and sorted all out for me.

it wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The shower temperature was consistently hot, providing a welcome relief during my stay. constant noise from an alarm interfered with sleep, alongside a bed that was extremely uncomfortable, leading to bruises from the springs.
